Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

If the product needs customizations then the processing may differ, it will be mentioned on the respective product page.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We are proud to offer 100% Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders! Once your order is dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Notes -  

1) Delivery delays can occasionally occur due unavoidable factors like extreme weather, pandemic, local factors

2) Please provide correct address at the time of order. In the event of wrong address the local post carriers may destroy the package when they are not able to reach you.

Incorrect Address

We know you're excited to receive your order, but did you know that reviewing your shipping address can make all the difference? To avoid any delivery mishaps, it's crucial to double-check your address information before completing your purchase.

Please remember that we cannot update information once your package departs our facility. 

This means we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages due to an incorrect address.

To ensure that your package arrives on time and in excellent condition, follow these simple tips:

3) Include any necessary apartment or suite numbers

By taking these steps, you can help avoid shipping snafus and ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 2-3 days.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

BigBeryl is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Returns

We want you to love your Bigberyl purchase! However, if something isn't right, our team is here to help. Contact us at support@bigberyl.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Our return window lasts 10 days from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• In its original packaging.

• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Do not ship a product unless your return has been approved.

Full Refunds & Exchanges

You are eligible for a full refund (or a free replacement) if:

• The product received is defective or damaged.

• You received the wrong item (e.g., incorrect design or color or a completely different item)
  

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved Refunds: A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within several business days.

• Processing Fees: Please note that a 5% bank payment processing fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

• Partial Refunds: Any item that is returned not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error may only be eligible for a partial refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your approved refund yet, please double-check your bank account. Next, contact your credit card company and your bank, as it often takes some processing time before a refund is officially posted.
