Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If the product needs customizations then the processing may differ, it will be mentioned on the respective product page.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 2-3 days.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
BigBeryl is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
BigBeryl is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns unless there is a defect in the product. Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your order delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Do not ship a product unless your return has been approved.
You can apply for full Refund if:
1) Product received is damaged.
2) The product is received too late, that is if 75 days has passed by since your order was shipped.
3) The product is not what you order, for example, color is different.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please see that the customers are responsible for ALL return shipping costs. Our customer support team is always ready to help you with your concerns. Send us an email at email@example.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
> Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
1) 5% Bank Payment Processing fees will be deducted from the full refund.
2) In event of wrong address/ insufficient address provided by the customer resulting in package returned or discarded by the local post, customer is not eligible for refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If the product is damaged/ broken or the product delivered is different from what you ordered then we will replace a new product in exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
